The program included 5 workshop sessions: February 4, 7, 10, 12, and 14, and a field trip.
Participation in the event was by invitation only. The organizer and coordinator of the workshop was Ido Rosenzweig, Director of Research (Terrorism, Belligerency and Cyber) at the Minerva Center for the Rule of Law under Extreme Conditions (ido.rose@gmail.com).
